There are no [new PR CI runs|https://dev.azure.com/apache-flink/apache-flink/_build?definitionId=2] being picked up anymore. [Recently updated PRs|https://github.com/apache/flink/pulls?q=sort%3Aupdated-desc] are not picked up by the @flinkbot.

In the meantime there was a notification sent from GitHub that the password of the [@flinkbot|https://github.com/flinkbot] was reset for security reasons. It's quite likely that these two events are related.
