Right now, [https://github.com/apache/beam/blob/master/sdks/go/pkg/beam/core/util/reflectx/tags.go] is unused by any of our internal code and doesn't have a clear use case for external users (nor is it obviously exposed). We should deprecate it and remove it in a future sprint.
