Project category and notification emails are wrong for 
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OPENMEETINGS

Project category is "Incubator" I guess it should be "Openmeetings" since we are TLP now
openmeetings-commits@incubator.apache.org in Notifications should be changed to commits@openmeetings.apache.org

I'm unable to correct this (have access to Administration, but permissions seems to be insufficient) can you help me to fix this?
