Oak 1.5.0 release plan

Hello team,

The next unstable cut, 1.5.0, is scheduled for next Monday: 14th March 2016.

As we have only 10 issues addressed during this time frame I took the
freedom to skip this release cycle and postpone 1.5.0 to Monday 28th March.

If there are any objections please let me know; I'm happy to cut if
anyone feels the need of it.
