[jira] [Created] (IVY-1397) [originalname] only includes the filename portion of the original artifact definition, not any sub directory pathing

Daniel Holmes created IVY-1397:
----------------------------------

Summary: [originalname] only includes the filename portion of the original artifact definition, not any sub directory pathing
                 Key: IVY-1397
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/IVY-1397
             Project: Ivy
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: Core
    Affects Versions: 2.2.0
Environment: Ant 1.8.0 and Java 6
            Reporter: Daniel Holmes

In trying to use the [originalname] pattern, I found that subdirectory information that is included in the <artifact name=""> attribute are not preserved similar to how they are when using the [artifact] pattern.

The issue I'm trying to work through is that I don't define the modules version in the artifact name definition (although it is in the raw files name), but would like it to be in the retrieved artifacts name. However, I can't use [artifact]-[revision].[ext] for anything other than jar files as there are other files in some modules (like xsl files for the tools output files) where there is no version name that is desired to be appended to the artifact.
