LO odt-document that causes AOO411 on XP to silently abend (plus doc-file
rendering from LO)
Received a LO document (created with LibreOffice 4.2.4.2 on Ubuntu) which
causes AOO 4.1.1 to abend.
LO has the reference manager plugin (mendeley) installed and usually stores the
file as a flat document (for subversion) and saved it as an odt for the purpose
of sending me the document. Upon opening the document in AOO the loading
process seems to hang in the first fourth (progress bar) for quite some time,
before silently quitting. (This is AOO 4.1.1 on Windows XP.)
The sender then sent me a doc-rendering which I could read into AOO. The
attachment zip-archive includes the odt- and doc-file produced by LO.

There is something wrong with the index "Literaturverzeichnis1". If you delete
the index, the file will open.
The file contains some suspicious

If I try and open the odt file in my 4.1.1 (Linux64), OpenOffice hangs and,
after 10+ minutes, opens a popup with title "OpenOffice 4.1.1 - Fatal Error"
and text "std::bad_alloc".
Version 3.4.0 already has a similar behavior. Didn't test with earlier
versions.
