[jira] [Created] (AMBARI-7020) keberization needs
hdfs_principal_name property to be saved in hadoop-env section of command
file, otherwise it fails
Alejandro Fernandez created AMBARI-7020:
-------------------------------------------
Summary: keberization needs hdfs_principal_name property to be saved in hadoop-env section of command file, otherwise it fails
Key: AMBARI-7020
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AMBARI-7020
Project: Ambari
Issue Type: Bug
Components: site
Affects Versions: 1.7.0
Reporter: Alejandro Fernandez
Assignee: Alejandro Fernandez
Priority: Blocker
Fix For: 1.7.0
During kerberization, the hdfs_principal_name property needs to be saved to the hadoop-env section of the command-#.json file.
Otherwise, kerberization fails when starting the namenode.
This is an additional fix for the patch that is already committed in AMBARI-6496.
