application hanging
I am having a weird problem with my application. I have a search page where
the search criteria and the search result show up on the same page. So,
essentially, the page reloads and displays search results, if found.
The problem I'm having is after a couple of form submissions, the
application stops responding. At first, I thought it was my service calls,
but my unit tests for the service calls work without any problems. So, I'm
starting to think it must be the integration between Tapestry and Spring -
though I'm not sure.
I tried setting the log to debug for org.apache.tapestry and
org.apache.hivemind packages and found that every time I hit the submit
button on my form, the only thing I get in my logs is:
2005-12-29 11:42:36,818 DEBUG RequestCycle:621 - Activating page
$EventSearchPage_4@2026f3[EventSearch]
It seems as if the cycle is unable to activate the same page.
Has anyone seen similar problems?

I am experiencing the exact same problem. After hanging for some time I get
an, "Out of Memory" Exception.

Have you tried submitting the page to a results page just to see if the
behavior continues?
