   第一步：
   update t_escheduler_schedules set release_state=0;
   第二步：
   delete from QRTZ_CRON_TRIGGERS;
   delete from QRTZ_JOB_DETAILS;
   delete from QRTZ_TRIGGERS;
   第三步：
   升级后在界面操作上线
