Changes the axis2/maven.xml so that ping-<version>.mar module will be included in the dist's repository. Excludes the googlespellcheck sample, since it doesn't run due to an unavailable wsdl uri. Changes "samples/pingingservices" to "samples/ping" in the ping sample README.TXT.
