problem installing xerces RPM

Hi All,

I'm trying to install the following RPMs: 
*   rpm -i xerces-c-2.7.0-1.1.el3.rf.i386.rpm
*   rpm -i xerces-c-devel-2.7.0-1.1.el3.rf.i386.rpm
On linux Version: Red Hat Enterprise Linux AS release 3 (Taroon Update 5). 

I get the following warning on installation:

[root@linux16 xerces]# rpm -i xerces-c-2.7.0-1.1.el3.rf.i386.rpm
warning: xerces-c-2.7.0-1.1.el3.rf.i386.rpm: V3 DSA signature: NOKEY, key ID
6b8
d79e6
[root@linux16 xerces]# rpm -i xerces-c-devel-2.7.0-1.1.el3.rf.i386.rpm
warning: xerces-c-devel-2.7.0-1.1.el3.rf.i386.rpm: V3 DSA signature: NOKEY,
key
ID 6b8d79e6

What does these warning mean?

In addition, the installation doesn't deploy any new files on the machine.
The only indication that I have that the RPM are installed is using "rpm
-qa".

Any ideas?
