[I] [Bug]: DELETE button doesn't work on selected transforms (hop)

   ### What happened?
   
   Reproduction:
   * Create a new pipeline
   * Add the `Generate Rows` transform
   * Select the transform by making a selection with the mouse
   * Hit the DELETE button on the keyboard
   * Notice that nothing happens
   
   
   ### Issue Priority
   
   Priority: 1
   
   ### Issue Component
   
   Component: Hop Gui

   Alright, except for the git shortcut (which I removed)...
   I think i got them all working again. The problems all started with the combined data orch and file explorer perspective.
   Now the shortcuts are class-aware and there is a set that is marked as global shortcuts.
