[httpclient] Using x509 Certificate

Hey all,
I have googled and looked at the SSL Guide for how to use an x509
certificate for SSL. I haven't found much so I figured I would come here.
Can someone help me figure out how I can use x509 certificates with
httpclient for SSL?

Take care,

Jeremy

Jeremy,

If you are talking about on-line documentation, the
AuthSSLProtocolSocketFactory class should have enough information in its
javadocs to get you started.

Oleg,
That is what I was thinking but I have not found any use of this online
anywhere. Do you know of any?

Take care,

Jeremy

Jeremy,

The AuthSSLProtocolSocketFactory is probably what you want:

http://svn.apache.org/viewcvs.cgi/jakarta/commons/proper/httpclient/trunk/src/contrib/org/apache/commons/httpclient/contrib/ssl/AuthSSLProtocolSocketFactory.java?view=markup
