Resolving latest REST/Swagger TODOs
Hey,
This PR is for the latest rest dsl and swagger TODO s that were added for PR https://github.com/apache/camel/pull/515 .
I will need to add some xml tests for the new rest dsl options , but for now just let me know if the new changes are what you requested.
Also, for the xml tests, do I need to update the camel xsd? Or is there a way to bypass it ? (I tried creating a new test starting from RefRestTest)
