Make topbar navigation as an add-on. The topbar should contain the following sections:

1. Brand. Default to CouchDB. 
2. App/module links. The navigation links to various components.
3. User Section. Defaulting to the common signup, login, user details, and admin party. This probably can be broken into its own add-on that is added to the topbar.

Some other goals for the topbar would be (in no ordering)

1. Responsive. Collapse for mobile.
2. Themeable. Support loading custom stylesheets.
3. Reusable. So that other modules can load it and fit into the fauxton look and feel.
