XML API to Continuum

I have a ERP system with already defined list of projects and list of users,
with passwords.

I want to integrate it with Continuum.

Is there any API in order to :

1. Add new user (+password)
2. Add user to project

Or I should connect directly to Continuum database, which I don't want to
do..

It isn't possible actually to manage users with xmlrpc.
Patches are welcome ;-)

have you seen http://continuum.apache.org/docs/1.1/developer_guides/xmlrpc.html ?
adding new methods may be required.
