gotCatalinaHome and gotCatalinaBase labels in catalina.bat indistinguishable for Windows 98

Summary: gotCatalinaHome and gotCatalinaBase labels in
                    catalina.bat indistinguishable for Windows 98
           Product: Tomcat 4
           Version: 4.0 Final
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: Catalina
        AssignedTo: tomcat-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: stoehr_sukachevin@hotmail.com

The "gotCatalinaHome" and "gotCatalinaBase" labels in the "catalina.bat" batch
program are indistinguishable for Windows 98 since it appears that Windows
9?/Me only uses the first 8 characters of labels.

This causes "catalina.bat" not to work for at least Windows 98 and maybe even
Me (don't know about XP which is coming out at the end of the month).

Solution would be to simply rename "gotCatalinaHome" and "gotCatalinaBase" to
something else where the first 8 characters are different (e.g., "gotCatHome"
and "gotCatBase" worked).

Note that this issue occurs for Jasper's "jspc.bat" batch program as well
(the "gotJasperHome" and "gotJasperbat" labels).
