With HIVE-8186, the same child operator ends up getting added multiple times to the map operator when processing multiple files for the same alias in the map task. 

I believe we should also eliminate having so many mapOpCtx for the same child operator and instead should have only 1 per alias. However, that looks like a big change that may not be needed before 0.14 goes out.
