Python 3 postcommit suites seem to successfully work with CloudPickle, however I am seeing pickling errors on other more complicated pipelines (which are not a part of Apache Beam repository), so a switch to CloudPickle may cause frictions to some Beam users. 

I plan to post more information about the nature of pickling errors I see with CloudPickle once I rootcause them.
