Since the Mahout project has moved to CMS for its web site we would like to phase out the Cwiki site from external search engine results.

The plan we're considering is to redirect the Cwiki pages over to the home page at http://mahout.apache.org.

That is, anything at https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/MAHOUT or deeper should return a 301 status code pointing to the new site.

How can we do this?
