Apache Roller bundles several JSP tag libraries: http://svn.apache.org/viewvc/roller/trunk/app/src/main/java/org/apache/roller/weblogger/ui/tags/

Some date from 2001, some later merged into Jakarta taglibs, which was retired in 2010.  See if any of these are no longer used and hence can be deleted, or if any can be replaced with more modern equivalents (e.g., the JSTL already available for Roller.)
