Ambari 2.4.3 maintenance release

Hello folks,

Due to a few user reported breaking issues and a vulnerability like CVE-2017-5642 in Ambari 2.4.2, we have planned to have an Ambari-2.4.3 maintenance release. The plan is to be very selective on the patches that will be committed for this release. I will be sending out an RC0 in about 2 weeks.
