The current master branch pulls plexus-utils:jar:3.3.0 from maven-core:jar:3.2.5.

Since Maven Jar Plugin moved to Java 8, we can use plexus-utils:jar:3.4.2 that is already used in maven-archiver:jar:3.6.0.
