Change the message displayed for new users, when logged into PGA to confirm account creation

Currently when logged in, in order to confirm the account creation displays;

Hi! You look new here.
Please contact the gateway administrator to request access to run experiments and more.
--------

User does not need to contact admin as information will be notified to admin through mail. If admin wants more details he can send an email to the user.

Message should be something like;

Hi! You look new here.
You will be notified via email  by your gateway admin when you are provided access to the gateway to run experiments.
