[jira] [Commented] (CB-13605) devicemotion event not fired correclty

    [ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CB-13605?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=16284842#comment-16284842 ]

Daniel Stone commented on CB-13605:
-----------------------------------

I can confirm this is definitely still an issue. The native devicemotion event only fires once with null values on my Android phone. I'm building a tilt based game, so this feature is critical to me.

> Key: CB-13605
> URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CB-13605
> Project: Apache Cordova
> Issue Type: Bug
> Components: cordova-android
> Affects Versions: 7.0.0
> Environment: Issue appears on some Android devices:
> - Moto Z (Android 7.1.1)
> - Galaxy S6 (Android 7.0)
> Reporter: Mario Semelka
> Assignee: Joe Bowser
>
> The 'devicemotion' event ist not fired correctly on some Android devices in an Android build. In that cases, the event is fired only once after the listener is registered. This is especially critical for VR development as most VR cameras use this event for controls.
