PropPatchMethod uses an Hashtable to bulk-add properties to be changed before
executing the method. Unfortunately, the Hashtable keys are built using the
property's localName + namespace prefix. This means that these two different
properties:

<a xmlns="foo"/>

<a xmlns="bar"/>

lead to a name collision in the resulting hashtable, so only the latter
survives. Patch is trivial (use the namespace URI instead than the prefix) and
attached.
