[jira] Created: (INFRA-1193) Rouge user spamming JIRAs

Rouge user spamming JIRAs
-------------------------

                 Key: INFRA-1193
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-1193
             Project: Infrastructure
          Issue Type: Task
      Security Level: public (Regular issues)
          Components: JIRA
            Reporter: ant elder
            Priority: Minor

There was a user 'xxx' adding spam links to JIRA's, for example:

http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TUSCANY-1002
http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TUSCANY-826

I deleted the user to stop them doing more (i hope that was ok), but I can't see how to clean up the JIRAs to remove the spam, or to see if there's other JIRAs they touched.
