* Adding a configurable user-specific storage entity in the gateway’s resource profile.
 * UI changes to accommodate the new entry in GatewayResourceProfile
 * Validations to make sure the User inputs only positive numbers.
 * Backend changes to store the new entry in the StoragePreferences table.
