As I expected, 2 test cases are failing in the *cas-metadata* module. They did not fail earlier since they were not detected as tests in the old directory structure (before your PR).

However, the standard location for this should be {{metadata/src/test/java/org.apache.oodt.cas.metadata}}. In addition, these test cases haven't been updated in a while and are out of sync with the classes they are built for.
