FYI...
This is probably working a bit better than when you wrote the PR. Currently,
if an incompatible mutex type is selected (default mutex type or not), perchild
changes it to something compatible and writes a warning message.
Personally, I hesitate from putting "AcceptMutex fcntl" in the default config
since that is non-optimal for some platforms.
