PTest's PrepPhase is creating a yetus working folder for each build after checking out source code. The source code is then copied into that for yetus. This folder is cleaned up after the test executed, so if that doesn't happen e.g. due to patch not being applicable the folder is left on the disk. We need to remove it in this case too.
