that is not the same as TS-2139. we have disable the permanent storage on the interim cache device due to consistence. that is why I point out this is #1 problem of the current implement in https://blog.zymlinux.net/index.php/archives/555

TS-2139 is relate to the purge consistence, which is introduced during the forward porting to master, we have a patch there already, pending for review
