Thanks. I've added most of the info to eclipse.readme.
However, JNDI is not currently built (it relies on non-existent classes)
and there have been some other fixes that mean the eclipse.classpath
suggestion cannot be used.
If you think eclipse.classpath still needs tweaking, please post a patch
against the current SVN rel-2-2 branch.

The class exclusions are no longer needed, as I have added some Geronimo jars
to define the APIs at compile time.

The eclipse.classpath file in branches/rel-2-2 had one error: one entry had two
"kind" attributes, so eclipse rejected it. It also included the protocol/mail
and protocol/jms folders, which depend on optional jars and so should not be
included per the eclipse.readme file. Revised version attached.

Suggested new content for eclipse.readme
Third try is the charm. Extended the part about creating an Eclipse launch
configuration. It works, altho still relies on the user creating the jar file
first.
