"connection timeout reached"

I'm seeing a lot of messages like this in my catalina.out with TC 
4.1.18.

INFO: server has been restarted or reset this connection

First off, do I need to worry about these? Second, if not, how can I 
disable them? I have debug="0" for everything in my server.xml.
