[MENTORS] Post Graduation Steps
Hi Mentors,
It looks like the steps I have to execute listed at [1] are mostly gated by
this step: "Ensure that they have been added to the PMC chairs group
(pmc-chairs) in LDAP."
I'm unclear about how to do this. Will Infra automatically take care of it
from the board minutes or do I have to file a JIRA issue?

Once the svn is moved you can do svn switch.

Yes. When flex.apache.org is activated there is a step to change the .htaccess file in the incubator root to redirect i.a.o/flex to flex.a.o.
Typically the svn move will happen on the weekend and the CMS change may lag. This may mean that the new site may not be publishable for a period of time.
You may want to adjust the site so it handle incubator and TLP links at the same time.

I was referring to the content of the site that might have old incubating URLs, such as:
http://incubator.apache.org/flex/source.html
http://incubator.apache.org/flex/developer-faqs.html
Obviously we would need to make these changes not infra.

Can you add other paths to the GitHub sub-task?

Hi,
No need for infra to be involve with Jenkins (hopefully), we can edit the config there and change the SVN paths.
There quite a few more github paths that need to change as well as we have other projects than the SDK.

I haven't done this before, but I found this:

Look for Requesting Podling->TLP Graduation. Part of this is PMC Chair
karma.
I know infra has been discussing testing an automated process for this
month's graduations, so we might get in on that. Not a bad idea to ask on
the mailing list.
