Primate dependencies
@Rohit Yadav<ma...@shapeblue.com> I had to update some dependencies to get everything to install on WSL (Ubuntu 18.04).
Is it safe/do you want me to commit these updates to package.json ?

Hi Paul - can you pull latest master and run:
npm install
npm run serve (etc.)
The packages based on the diff are already on master.
The only package I just updated is `eslint-plugin-vue`.

Hi Sven,
I think that it's great. It can't run anything as low-level as KVM, but for anything else it works perfectly and shares the windows filesystem in /mnt/c/
I've run Ansible, Sphinx, Middleman, Kubeadmin, NPM etc in it.
You _can_ use multiple WSLs, and switch between them, although I haven't played with that yet.
