Navigation Problem

Hi,

I have a problem about navigation such that when on the root folder,
after clicking one of the pages on the tab navigation menu at the top,
even if I click "Root" link after that, it is stuck at the last page I
was on. It changes the URL to localhost:8080/jetspeed/portal but it
still displays the last page. Why would this happen? How can I fix it?
