https://bz.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=126829

          Issue ID: 126829
        Issue Type: DEFECT
           Summary: version 4.1.2 not working.
           Product: Installation
           Version: 4.1.2
          Hardware: All
                OS: All
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: P5 (lowest)
         Component: update notifications
          Assignee: issues@openoffice.apache.org
          Reporter: richards.pride2008@gmail.com

I have version 4.1.1, it works good but when you sent me the update to version
4.1.2 I no longer could load any of the files I saved in 4.1.1 and the new
version stooped working almost each time I tried use it so in conclusion until
you get all the bugs worked out of version I will not be downloading any
updates.

                                     Thank You.

What kind of update did you downloaded?
Could you be more explicit?
a) Provide a step-by-step to understand what you means
b) Attach some screenshots if you think it might help
c) Give us your operating system

Once all of this is done, please set the bug back to UNCONFIRMED and we will
attempt to reproduce the issue.
