fs-convert-2092 discontinuation proposal

I'd like to discontinue the fs-convert-2092 branch, as I and my
cohorts sussman and kfogel are under the general suspicion that there
are probably not any can't-afford-to-lose-it Subversion repositories
out there that are using the pre-revision-2092 Subversion code.

If this suspicion is false, and you are the owner of such a Subversion
repository, please, ASAP, upgrade your repository to a newer version
of the filesystem schema! Unless good reason is given for us to
continue to maintain that branch, we will cease to do so within the
next couple of days.

Of course, the branch will still remain in version history, but will
not be available in HEAD, and will contain no more backported bug
fixes as of the date the branch is removed.

Thanks,
C-Mike.

+1. I for one have just uploaded my last fs-convert-2092-based Windows
client.
