   Because segment data are from multiple languages's agents/SDKs, even some custom plugins, the collector can't count on every trace is perfect.
   
    So when some unexpected segments received(of course, they are in right format), the collector may be trigger some exception when parse, then it should tolerate the exception and ignore them with some error log to output the segments's contents.
