[jira] [Created] (ACCUMULO-552) master/gc should find and remove files even if their location doesn't match the log entries

Eric Newton created ACCUMULO-552:
------------------------------------

Summary: master/gc should find and remove files even if their location doesn't match the log entries
                 Key: ACCUMULO-552
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ACCUMULO-552
             Project: Accumulo
          Issue Type: Improvement
          Components: gc, master
    Affects Versions: 1.5.0-SNAPSHOT
            Reporter: Eric Newton
            Assignee: Eric Newton
             Fix For: 1.5.0

If a machine changes its IP address, or if logs are recovered after a hardware failure and placed on a different machine, it would be nice if the gc didn't delete them on the first pass, and the master would search for it when its not found on the machine indicated in the log entry.
