After some thought, the likely hood is high that the problem is not in your
code. In our project(s), we have putogether a static build version and are
using that instead of your standard DLL implementation. In addition, we are
not running 1.6 (the build is based on 1.4). I was trying to use you base64
sources with the 1.4 stuff we have.

Anyway, until we get our libraries up to 1.6 we really can't diagnose this -
go ahead and close it, if it comes up again I'll let you know.
