Joe, It's been a while but was it you or someone else that
had a bunch of Maven build changes to check in after 1.2.0
went out the door ?

Well, last time I was working on the Maven tests, I had them working
pretty well, except for about a dozen which failed for what appeared
to be local configuration problems -- basically, all the tests
relating to cookies just failed.

Since then, some changes have crept into the tests so that I get many
more errors when I run maven cactus. It would be good to figure out
how those got in there -- I had to refactor many things as part of
the initial maven/cactus endeavor because it used a different context
path than Ant/Cactus, and it needed a separate maven-web.xml; this
may just be more of the same introduced with new tests that weren't
checked against maven, or it may be something completely different.

Other general tasks would be making sure that we can somehow achieve
all the other goals in build.xml, like building the examples and
such, and perhaps going through the other contrib packages and adding
project.xml files wherever useful.

Like I said, i'm busy for a month or so at least, so my toes are
pretty safe. Not sure about anyone else.

I can help with the maven build. I had some patches for the maven build
way back when that were incorporated and have learned quite a bit more
about maven since then. I haven't had time to work on anything else for
struts lately but I have a bit more time now. But I don't want to step
on anyone's toes. If you have something in particular that you would
like to to do please let me know. :)

Wasn't me; I did update project.xml to version "1.2.1-dev" and added
the 1.2.0 version/tag to the <versions> element. I haven't got
anything specific pending.

I'd like to work on getting the Cactus tests running again, although
I'll need some other eyes on it, and I would love for maven to be
able to build the site -- I'm not going to have a ton of time for any
of this in the next few weeks, though.
