[REVIEW] Cube <-> Ossie converter PR #289

Hi,

I’d appreciate a maintainer review of PR #289:
https://github.com/apache/ossie/pull/289

It adds the bidirectional Cube <-> Ossie converter. The implementation and
follow-up fixes are complete, and Pavel Tiunov has already reviewed and
approved it, but his approval doesn’t satisfy the repository merge
requirement.

There are no core spec changes. The converter is isolated under
converters/cube/, has extensive round-trip/spec validation tests, and
follows the same general pattern as the recently merged WisdomAI and NVIDIA
GSF converters.

If anything is still blocking the PR, I’m happy to address it. Otherwise,
could a committer please take a final look and approve/merge it?

Thanks,
Mikhail

Hi

I’m on vacation up to August 20 with very limited Internet access (hiking
in middle of nowhere :) ).

I will take a look as soon as I will be back.

Regards
JB
