PR in https://github.com/apache/jackrabbit-filevault-package-maven-plugin/pull/13 changes the default handling, so that the goal now fails in case of duplicate entries.

[~tripod] I had to tweak a bit the logic which adds the entries per filter root (but I think it is actually more correct now).
