Resources have been updated but we have an issue around etc/custom.properties file not copied.

Revision 1087986.
I fixed the assembly in include all files (etc, bin).
A known issue in Karaf zip archive doesn't provide the Karaf features descriptor in system repo.
We can fix it by hand in NMR/SMX4.

In fact, all etc resources are not copied into the NMR distribution. For instance, we don't have the etc/org.apache.karaf.features.cfg file, neither the etc/custom.properties.
