Description:
If we try to compile falcon-regression code it fails complaining on:

Then we have findbugs-exclude.xml moved. So mvn verify fails with the following:

In FALCON-1721 (Move checkstyle under parent pom, b5c0b6139af40da69667c36ad0c06a36b87f5d8c) findbugs-exclude.xml was moved to another folder.
Now when we run mvn verify -Phadoop-2 -DskipTests we get:
