Work in progress on wicket site

Using bootstrap 2, jekyll and some inspiration, this looks like the
biggest hurdles have been taken: a stable general layout that works
with CSS without frying my brain.

Front page menu is shaping up. Unfortunately it requires additional
markup for the corners (didn't find a way (yet) for using pseudo
elements to make the \ and / corners)
