[Discuss] Release Apache Stratos 3.0.0 Incubating RC4.
Hi all,
This thread is for discussion of the forth release candidate for Apache
Stratos 3.0.0-incubating [1]. Please use this thread for discussion of
issues uncovered in the RC, questions you may have about the RC, etc.
RC release packs are at[1]. A git tag is created for this release as you
can see at[2] and [3](tree view).

I agree. The thought was, generally initial releases are hard to get right,
and if there any issues, its more likely to get noticed by community
members who are new to Stratos. The core committers would have tested it
again and again over the time, and there is a possibility of them missing
something which is actually important for a new user.

Why do you think it's better to let the inexperienced members of the
community vote first?
If anything, I would say, it is better for the more experienced folks to
set an example, and show other people how things are done.
Just because the core committers have voted does not mean that other votes
are not desirable!

We waited sometime because it is better to let the community, which is new

Dear mentors, I know you all are busy, but did you get any chance to review
RC4?
I have tested RC4 with [1] on both EC2 and OpenStack, and it works well. So
technically it is very stable. Also on licence and legal aspect, I did not
see any issue. So I will give my vote on voting thread.
Since this is our first release in Apache, we are waiting for our mentors
to review. It is highly appreciate your help on this.
