Unfortunately, this is a serious bug [1] we have run into.

Yes, Hermien discovered incorrect subscription link to NetCAT mailing
list after submission of the form so I attempted to fix it yesterday
however since then the form does not show up completely. It's a big
mystery though as all I was changing are values in href="" attributes. :(
So, if somebody has to be pointed at and punished, it's me. :)
